Soliflow S.R.L. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect through our website, https://soliflow.dev (“Website”), why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”) and the applicable data protection legislation of the Republic of Moldova (Law No. 133/2011 on the Protection of Personal Data).

What Data We Collect and Why

Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we collect the data you provide: your name, email address, the subject and service you select, your message, and how you heard about us.

  • Purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal or enter into a contract with you.
  • Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract, taken at your request) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries).
  • Retention: we keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 2 years afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law or the inquiry leads to a contract.

Advertising measurement (Google Ads). With your consent, we use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure whether our advertising campaigns lead to inquiries. This involves cookies and identifiers set by Google.

  • Purpose: measuring the effectiveness of our advertising.
  • Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent, given via our cookie banner). You can withdraw consent at any time - see our Cookie Policy.

Website analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand aggregate visitor traffic. This data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify you.

  • Purpose: understanding how our Website is used so we can improve it.
  • Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in operating and improving our Website).

Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) to deliver the Website securely.

  • Purpose: operating the Website, ensuring security, and preventing abuse.
  • Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

Who We Share Data With

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers (“processors”) who help us operate the Website:

  • Formspree, Inc. (USA) - processes contact form submissions and delivers them to us by email.
  • Google LLC (USA) - provides advertising measurement (only with your consent) and the embedded map on our contact section.
  • Vercel Inc. (USA) - hosts parts of our infrastructure and provides anonymized analytics.

We may also disclose data where required by law, or to protect our legal rights.

International Data Transfers

Some of the providers above are located in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
